Bocada is pleased to announce the addition of Rafael Moraes, a Brazilian native, who is joining the team as a System Engineer. Rafael will be focused on supporting Bocada’s Portuguese-language customers with technical needs and backup oversight best practices, part of Bocada’s broader expansion into Latin American markets.
Rafael comes to Bocada after years managing multi-national DevOps teams, enterprise backup environments, and data centers as well as the deployment and monitoring of scalable IT architecture in Brazil. Rafael has led a variety of automation projects throughout his career, including managing backup resource health with Ansible and Puppet and leveraging lifecycle automation platforms to minimize software release and versioning errors in active environments.
