Organizations using Service Manager for ticketing will have an automated way to open and monitor tickets associated with backup job failures, consecutive failures, and storage performance.

With Bocada’s Service Manager ticketing integration, administrators can create rules to automate ticket creation for incidents that need further attention. Bocada will automatically create tickets with relevant information, including backup error messages, assignment groups, and affected assets, giving administrators the information they need in-hand to resolve failures. Additionally, Bocada’s ticket monitoring reports let administrators easily stay apprised of updates made within Service Manager, including which team member has been assigned to the ticket as well as ticket state and urgency, ensuring full visibility into the ticket resolution process.
