This latest plugin provides Managed Service Providers (MSPs) leveraging Veeam Service Provider Console a central dashboard to automate backup monitoring and reporting. When used in tandem with Bocada’s built-in zoning features, which enable data segmentation at the customer account level, MSPs will be able to easily oversee account-level backup health while also automating report preparation and delivery for each unique customer. MSPs seeking opportunities to cost-effectively offer new backup protection offerings—premium backup reporting suites, ticketing resolution reporting, storage monitoring—will now have an additional opportunity to do so.
