Seattle, WA – Bocada LLC, an award-winning IT automation company, has announced support for Metallic, a Commvault-backed SaaS backup product.
Bocada’s newest connector enables Bocada customers to monitor and report on their Metallic backup performance alongside reporting from 40+ products Bocada already supports. Bocada collects backup job and policy metadata directly from Metallic, allowing customers to automate reporting, alerts, and ITSM ticketing.
