Former Senior Manager at EMC Joins Bocada® as Vice President of Product Management

Dorothy Pults Brings Extensive Product Management Leadership

Bellevue, WA. - May 8 2006 - Bocada, Inc., the privately-held provider of software solutions for Data Protection Management, today announced the addition of Dorothy Pults as vice president of product management. Pults has held senior product management and technical roles with leading companies including EMC and Legato, where most recently she led the Redmond technology center supporting Microsoft.

With more than 25 years of experience in product development and management, Pults will have overall responsibility for product management efforts during a period of intense growth for the company.

At EMC Pults was responsible for the NetWorker product line on the Windows and NetWare platforms. Prior to EMC, she held leadership roles at Digital Equipment Corporation and PSW Technologies.
