Bocada Hires VP of Global Customer Services
Bellevue, WA - April 26, 2005 - Bocada, Inc., the leading provider of software for data protection management, today announced the addition of Elizabeth Morgan as Vice President of Global Customer Services.
Morgan assumes leadership of the global customer support and services team chiefly responsible for delivering an outstanding 95% customer retention and support renewal rate for the company in 2004. Morgan and her team will continue to ensure that pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales support efforts achieve the demanding standards of large, distributed enterprises worldwide.

A twenty-year veteran of the technology industry, Morgan has senior product management and field experience for leading companies including PeopleSoft, where she was responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality services and solutions to enterprise customers. Most recently she served as a principal at Voyager Capital, LLC, acting as a board advisor for portfolio companies and responsible for Voyager's enterprise software investment strategy.
