With the purchase of annual support and maintenance, you will receive technical product support via phone, web and email as well as all upgrades, hotfixes and service packs for the purchased product.
As
a Bocada customer, you will initially receive our standard support
package to help you install, configure, and deploy Bocada Enterprise
applications to meet your requirements. Standard post-installation support
includes:
- E-mail and toll-free telephone assistance Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific, US Time (except holidays)
- Program error fixes
- Free product upgrades of enhancements and new features
- Product documentation and documentation updates
