The Deployment Program is designed to ensure successful use of our applications from day one. We provide you with the necessary assistance and training to install, configure and begin using our applications in your backup environment as soon as possible.
By leveraging our dedicated assistance, you will save time and prevent the resource drain typically associated with self-guided implementation and deployment of Bocada® Enterprise software. Our goal is not only to help you rapidly deploy the product, but also to ensure that we transfer critical insights to your teams, enabling you to immediately maximize the benefits of our applications.
Standard deployment projects are quoted based on our established project plans and experience matched with customer objectives and needs, allowing you to understand implementation costs up front. Additional services or customizations are available as needed to ensure complete reliability of your backup performance, in your environment.
Deployment Scheduling and Fees
Deployment services are performed on a time and materials basis at a charge of $175 per Professional Service hour incurred. Generally, 40 Professional Service hours are necessary. Reasonable travel and expense costs will also be charged to the customer.

Rapid Start Deployment
The Bocada Rapid Start Deployment service is designed to work with you for the most effective and timely implementation of Bocada solutions in smaller scale environments. Our Professional Services Consultants are experts in rapid and effective installation and implementation of Bocada solutions.
Rapid Start includes the following services:
- Deployment Planning
- Installation Assistance
- Configuration Assistance
Rapid Start Scheduling and Fees
The Rapid Start Deployment service is available when it is most convenient for you. However, all services are delivered during normal business hours, which are defined as Monday-Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time. If you require services to be performed outside of normal business hours, an additional charge will be assessed.
